Step 3: Rental rates are as follows
Gym: $60/hr for non-profit organizations, $70/hr for all others
Meeting/Class room: $50
Step 4: INSURANCE REQUIREMENT ($1M LIABILITY COVERAGE)
Renters are required to provide a Certificate of Liability insurance and an Additional Insured Endorsement (commonly known as a Form B) with All Out Sports League named as the additional insured. All Out Sports League 5433 Clayton Rd, ste K, #196, Clayton Ca 94517
