Training for Kids

Are you looking to improve your child’s strength, speed, agility, hand/eye coordination? Or maybe you just want them to get in better shape and stay active?
All Out Sports League offers personal training for groups and individuals. Our training is for boys and girls, 7 – 17, no matter what sport they play.
We WILL improve their speed, strength and agility. The workouts can be tailored to a specific sport they play or it can be a general workout that covers all areas.
Our workouts include:
Ø Proper warm up procedures
Ø Board workouts that improve foot speed
Ø Speed and agility improvement
Ø Quickness and explosion
Ø Injury Prevention by proper stretching
Ø Jump rope
Ø Endurance improvement
Ø Improving strength without using weights
Your child will learn all of the above and much more. All training is done by Casey Copeland; Founder of All Out Sports League. Casey has competed at a high-level as a collegiate defensive back. He has trained hundreds of kids in his career and understands how to motivate and get the best out of kids.
